Hi! I’m Chandler. I graduated in May 2019 from San Diego State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing. In August 2019, I accepted a full-time position as an account executive at Zurple, a real estate marketing and AI software company.
My life these past 23 years has been full of adventure, dream chasing and goal crushing. I aspire to live a life full of purpose, meaning and fulfillment. Thank you for visiting my personal website. I hope it gives you a better idea of who I am and who I hope to become. I am open to new potential job opportunities. My competitive drive and strong work ethic: I grew up being a competitive athlete, and strive to be the best at everything I do in my life. My drive and work ethic have transferred over to my career in sales. I’m a true hustler!
My desire to continuously learn: I am a huge believer that that education doesn’t stop after school. I spend a great deal of my personal time learning and acquiring as much knowledge as I can. In college, I would read sales books, watch sales Youtube videos and listen to hundreds of sales podcast to insure I was positioning myself to hit the ground running when it was time to jump into my career, and it worked!! My first month I hit 200% of my quota. I still constantly continue to learn how to improve my sales techniques, while working at Zurple. I’ve also become a real estate expert by studying the real estate industry in order to truly help my prospects and clients. As a sales person, you need to know the industry your working in to be successful.
My outgoing personality: When I was growing up I attended two different schools every year to ski race. This taught me how to adapt to any social setting. My travels have also taught me to get out of my comfort zone, and how to approach and connect with people from different cultures and backgrounds than myself. At Zurple my outgoing personality has been the key to my success. I am able to connect with my prospects and clients in a way that builds their trust. People buy from people they trust, and I work hard to build that with my prospects and clients.
Empathy and ability to listen: A good salesperson truly listens to their prospect and their problems. I make sure to do this on every call. When I talk to a prospect I make sure to build their trust, then I discover what their pains are and decide if I can truly help them. My ability to get a lead to open up to me about their issues is one of my strengths. You cannot make a sale until the prospect is aware that they have a problem. I have empathy for my prospects, and I want to help them.
My ability be a great team player: My communication skills, honesty and confidence are just a few traits I have developed throughout my life that have enabled me to lead and influence many different teams and groups. I have taken on the responsibility as a leader in many aspects of my life. In college I was always the team lead for group projects that earned A’s. I’ve also been the captain of many sports teams that ended up winning championships. At Zurple, I am the youngest person on the team, but my age hasn’t stopped me from making an impact on my team. My bubbly, energetic and motivational personality influences my co-workers to stay positive on the hard days, and they all know to contact me with any questions.
